During my time as a student of Miss George she has been immensely helpful as a teacher. Her lessons have been nothing short of informative and helpful. Miss George has covered various topics with me and the rest of my class such as; specific exam questions, essay writing techniques, and effective question answering skills. The lessons were well-organised and tailored to each students specific learning needs. Miss George utilised a variety of teaching methods to ensure the material was both engaging and understood; she encouraged active participation throughout our lessons specifically asking each student questions which were thought-provoking and encouraging. Her lessons have helped deepen my understanding of English and created a new found love for it urging me to consider taking the subject for sixth form. We worked on several exercises that were directly related to specific questions. These activities were both challenging and rewarding, reinforcing the concepts covered. The lesson was highly effective. Miss George demonstrated a deep knowledge of the subject matter and was able to explain concepts clearly and concisely. I felt that my comprehension and skills improved significantly as a result of this lessons.
